Forgot that I had set myself a challenge of 10k under an hour by end of March until I was rereading my end of Feb review. Due to bank holiday planned running I had already decided to do 6 miles on Wednesday instead of Tuesday/Thursday run so I just extended it to 10k. Pushed hard but I did have to stop at 7k as my leggings were falling down as elastic drawstring had expired so even adding say 20 seconds for emergency repair stop I would still have achieved sub hour. Faster 10k for many many years and a great end to a great running month.
