Lunch time run. Took yesterday off running after Monday's Coronavirus vaccine just in case. But apart from a bit of headache, which I took paracetamol for, no symptoms. Felt fine on today's run, taking it slowly. Lovely day, has been v mild. Getting cold soon again though apparently. Wee car racing back on this weekend. Off work on Friday, yay! :-) G
