Hip didn't do as well as yesterday on this, was a little tight especially after going up blair hills which I don't love. But still in a better place than saturday I think and planning on taking tomorrow off anyway so hopefully will be good to get some kind of workout in thursday. Good run tho with spollen, grant, jackson and george. Super nice afternoon, tho blair trail was not a great choice @everyone else. Left peroneal was also pretty tight again :( need to get on that but also not entirely sure what will fix it tbh
