Tired this morning. Stressy work meeting at 10am and I'm not looking forward to it. I also had a headache - possibly lack of caffeine as I only had decaf tea yesterday.
But I ran, and I tried to get the squares I needed for WSW, not sure I got enough though. And by the end it was starting to feel better again.
