Pleased with this run. Watch hidden below sleeve, set on time of day only. I just monitored my breathing, making sure it remained reasonably easy, and only checked my watch for nutrition timing.
Legs still a tiny bit tired from Friday, but didn't cause any issues, similarly R foot only marginally made itself known. Wind very strong in places, especially in first couple of miles. Was incredibly surprised at the splits when I uploaded the run. A great antidote to last week's long run.
