Ran with will Titus on 43, stopped for 3 walking breaks bc that’s the will Titus lifestyle. Then ran around the turf by myself. Hip didn’t feel great, not sure if any better than it felt monday/Tuesday tbh, which sucks. But idk, will take tomorrow off and then try again Monday probably. Frustrating tho, I just want to be healthy! Definitely better than last Saturday at least.
