Zoom ergos SS session. Started late, so first 4 mins were warm-up, then 6 mins @ 18, followed by a 2 min rest, then 6 @ 18, 6 @ 20, 6 @ 22, 2 @ 20 to finish. Still feeling a bit tired after jab. Felt okay while doing the session but afterwards feel more tired than I should for a session like this.
