Notes & Comments

I did it to keep the streak going and because I thought it would be good to keep the legs moving. But to be honest it was tough. I realised last night that my mileage has crept up over the last three weeks and with the two 10+ miles last week and the 13.1 yesterday I think I need a bit of a rest week. So just the 5km today, and this week I'll keep the runs around 10km and see how it goes.
