Run with Paul on his version of the hilliest run - up windmill hill! Felt uncomfortable under my ribs and in my shoulder for some strange reason and struggled a bit, but tried to keep it steady up the hills and think I managed it. Nice downhill finish once at the top of AHD. Happy with it today after a dodgy start.
