I only saw one runner today! After the crowd of them yesterday (what's the collective term for runners??).

6 degrees - one ls top plus jacket, buff as headband and gloves - a bit chilly to start but about right once I got going.

Felt good early on, legs were tiring towards the end. Two nights of not hugely nutritionally great dinners might not have helped...
