Deadlifts: warm up weights, then 54kg bar reps 8/8/8 (added an extra 1kg to the bar)
Flypress 7kg dumbbells reps 12/12/12
Shoulder press 7kg dumbbells reps 12/12/12
Biceps curls 7kg dumbbells reps 12/12/12
Close grip bench press 7kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15
Palms facing bent over rows 10kg dumbbells reps 12/12/12
Hamstring curls (wearing 2kg ankle weights) reps 15/15/15
Also press ups at the end 3 sets of 10 reps
