This wasn't a PB but I bettered my time on this course last year by 27 seconds. I was looking for a strong, steady, even paced run and was happy to achieve just that. I could possibly have given more but running an even pace is a bigger achievement for me - it's always my pacing that lets me down! Was pleased that most of my club mates PB'd today
