Actual Session: As Planned #buggy

Poor session, not really feeling it by the time I actually got to it. Intervals were a mess and rest periods dropped my HR too low. Needed active rest periods rather than walking. Inconsistent cadence in the work phases means the pace wasn't there.

The usual disappearing shin pain but no worries.
