That's a great run. I can see that the last 3 miles were tough-going. You were very clever to match your pace to the distance!

I did first 5 on my own then ran with a friend she struggled towards the end - she only ran 6m a few times just shy of 7 once so we ended off having a walk break then the last 2 are uphill home. I’m over the moon at how well she did & was great company for my longer runs. Thanks as always Ev
