Lockdown League 3 miles, Attempt #1.
Wow, I was hoping for a quick time but didn't really expect it to be that quick, especially after the suicidally quick first lap. Settled into a rhythm and just kept on going!

The conditions at Deangate were all but perfect, 8C and a slight headwind in front of the stand.
