3 x Barnt Green running track 3:03, 2:54, 3:05. ( but av hr a lot lower than last time 17th Dec) Meant to do 6-8 reps but felt like jelly, quite windy, and had to step onto muddy grass to go round 2 pairs of people. Perhaps too soon after breakfast?
