I was at my usual early time so the shopping was successful this time.
Windy 35+mph but it didn't affect me too much, apart from being slow.
One 15 minute rain shower.
Don't know why the HR was so high after the shopping stop.

After shopping were you cycling into the wind?
Not particularly. Nor was the weight of shopping anywhere near enough to raise the effort that much. I think there must be an equipment problem somewhere given the HR was allegedly quite low in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th miles.
