Peloton app, 30 mins strength for runners with Becs Gentry.
Only used the little (3kg) weights, just to see how I got on - the weighted ones were OK,
Single leg walk-outs as a warm-up should have told me it wasn't going to be easy
5 min AMRAP of 10 x lunges, squats, hops, burpees and mountain climbers at the end about finished me off.
need tea and a bath now.

That sounds like a tough workout.
It was actually quite fun, it’s ages since Ive done this sort of thing and it’s perfect for cold wet windy days
Good fun hope the bath was relaxing
