No map? Twas the Monday Waveney, All Avenues, Uni, Arbour route
I can see it in my head but when I look here I have no map. How odd.
All very strange. Off injured now, pulled a muscle stretching after the run - getting old!
I'm still ahead of you in the being old department at least. Is it a days-off or weeks-off injury?
Hopefully a week off, finally learned that it’s better to be prudent rather than go for it and make it a weeks off injury
