I took inspiration from Rosehip and set my watch to 60:30. I was looking forward to running today - I've no idea why it has suddenly changed but I'm grateful
I decided to run to Redbourne to add a bit of variety after only having the lane or airfield loop in our village.
Headwind all the way there but I appreciated the tailwind on the way back

There is but it's narrow and covered in mud in a few stretches. The bit round Redbourne is nice - I'll take you for walk there, Alice, when were allowed x
