This was hard going, but I did it. High HR at times, but I don't know whether that's normal for me as I don't usually look.

Red or black/deadlift or plank x 10
10 burpees - nearly finished me off

30s each exercise

squats - hold squat
p/u - hold p/u
2 sets no rest

30s JJ/mountain climbers - I walked these/high knees
3 sets no rest

bent-over row/hold
burpees/full plank (I walked the bps)
2 sets no rest was struggling by now

cardio set again

walkouts/elbow plank
glute bridges/hold
2 sets no rest

Same workout as we did. The cardio sessions were tough. Don't you normally upload your Garmin workout it here? So you could get an idea of 'your normal' (pre COVID) range?. Try to take it easy xx
