Not feeling on top of the world today. Bad sleep, headache, bleurgh. Thought I might feel better after lunch so waited to run. Didn't feel much better but wanted to at least bimble about so I did.
Abandoned my planned WSW route as there were just so many people everywhere even down side streets and it was getting impossible to social distance/dangerous to run in the road.
Time for a soak in the bath with a cuppa and my book, I think.
