This looks random, but wasn't - it was all decided on the roll of a dice. My R knee is fine today, but my L knee is grumbling. Still not quite as much energy, and tired now and a little bit wheezy. Getting there, though.

Well Done Linds. Question, though - 30s pj/seated row? Something to do with sitting on the floor in your pyjamas?
Plank jacks hk = high kness/bk = butt kicks, etc.
This sounds fun. Whose butt are you kicking can you tell I have never done boot camp?
