My Garmin seems to have turned HR off - need to see what I've done!
Taken out a 2-month free trial of Peloton App, seems to be a huge choice of workouts of all sorts on there.
This was 15 minute bodyweight - and was two rounds of
isometric hold-active move- active recovery for each of 3 movement sets.
involving split squats/lunges, squats and spidermen, and various plank things with superman recoveries,
Flipping hard work! will maybe repeat this one two or three times a week until I can do it properly with all the max modifications.
