Steady jog in steady rain. Still cold, still some slippy wet slush on the roads around Harriston and Blennerhasset.
Actual heart rate probably mid-140s.
Just happy to be out. Remind me of that when I'm moaning about the rain in a couple of weeks' time.

Roads filthy here 0 but less so then the farms tracks and I'm glad I have them to run and not city streets.

Miles and miles of pavements with street lighting for running is one of the few things I still miss about Birmingham. I'm still not averse to a bit of urban running.
