Steady jog in steady rain. Still cold, still some slippy wet slush on the roads around Harriston and Blennerhasset.
Actual heart rate probably mid-140s.
Just happy to be out. Remind me of that when I'm moaning about the rain in a couple of weeks' time.

Nice pacing
Decent steady run
I had my Garmin under my sleeve for the whole run.
Just happy to be out and not sliding around
Naked runs are always invigorating ....
That HR graph is funny (assuming you're still alive!)
Roads filthy here 0 but less so then the farms tracks and I'm glad I have them to run and not city streets.
Miles and miles of pavements with street lighting for running is one of the few things I still miss about Birmingham. I'm still not averse to a bit of urban running.
it would be OK for a change - without the traffic noise and fumes
That hr graph You should speak to a doctor.
Have you tried speaking to a doctor recently, Dvorak? Earliest telephone consultations are next month, apparently. I could be dead by then, if I'm not already
