I always look at this route and think of a bent metal coat hanger. 🤷‍♂️

I also see a ski jumper.....
If I were to divert down the lane from Bishopthorpe to the second slight bend, then come back through along the main street I think I could either produce Orion or a runner!
Well tbh I've thought about a ski jumper before but not said anything 🙂🙂
