Planned a weights session for tonight because I was expecting to have my COVID jab tomorrow and thought I might have a sore arm afterwards. The COVID jab happened this afternoon but I don't have a sore arm so I did the session anyway. Nothing too hard today.
Lateral shoulder raises: 12/12/12 with 4kg dumbbells.
3 x (2x30) U&D holding 4kg dumbbells between sets.
Narrow presses: 8/8/8@28kg, 12@24kg, 12@20kg.
3 x 70 basic crunches between sets.
Back squats: 12/15/18@15kg. I haven't done back squats for a very long time, but I'm tolerating the goblet squats OK and I'm not going to get the load up much further without using the barbell. This was just to practise the movement.
3 x (2x25) side bends with 12kg dumbbell between sets.
Rows: 10/10/10@30kg.
3 x 12 curls with 5.5kg dumbbells between sets.
