Deadlifts 53kg bar reps 8/8/8 [didn't increase weight just focused on form which Mr Ness said was better]
Flypress 7kg dumbbells reps 12/12/12
Shoulder press 7kg dumbbells reps 12/12/12
Biceps curls 7kg dumbbells reps 12/12/12
Close grip bench press 7kg dumbbells reps 12/12/12
Palms facing bent over rows 10kg dumbbells reps 12/12/12
Hamstring curls (wearing 2kg ankle weights) reps 15/15/15
Also press ups at the end 3 sets of 10 reps
