Left it late in the day and thought it was colder out than it was, so went out planning to do just 5km. Really enjoyed it and although I wasn't pushing the pace intentionally it felt good to go a bit faster after a week of plodding on the treadmill, and I'm pleased my legs haven't forgotten how to do it.
