Adrienne Breath day 1. Shoulder blade pain is well and truly gone now so time to start on the yoga. Not sure if I’d recommend this as a starting point for someone new to it - that’s nearly 12 minutes cross legged at the start and quite a long plank at one point. Fine for me today but probably wouldn’t repeat this one.

Yep, HP said on the thread (and I agree) that it must be tricky for her now having to create something for her regulars and potential newbies - especially when you think how many people must have discovered her during lockdown
