You seem to be tolerating the treadmill very well - is it because you're sticking to flat?
Are you watching Blisters videos on the virtual treadmill running thread ?
My calves were very stiff for the first few days, Rosehip, but I treated it as simple DOMS rather than catastrophising about it and they're much better now. Keeping it flat probably helps.
I'm not, Beanie, I'm watching the old doors that are blocking off the street entrance to the garage. When I'm rich I'll have a proper wall and a television there.
I stuck a shelf on the wall with no nails the my iPad on that with blue tack. 😂 when I win lotto I’ll buy you a tv for that wall.
