Aim 9.36.
Passing a regular dog walker who commented his dog was doing intervals (fetching ball) I thought about me missing my strides from the run I didn't do on Tuesday so I added them in to today's run. More like fartleks actually.
Just realised it should only have been 4 miles not 5, whoops.
