Set off for 4-5m it was melted snow so slushy wet abs hard going at times. Ended off enjoying it and extended a few times. Spotted my cousin with the kids sledging in a field joined them and helped out dragging the little down and up the hill a couple of times. Huge fun (we were safe we didn’t get close but nice to see them & the kids having such a great time being kids)

That was a good long run GG. I hope it was a bit warmer for you today, as it was here, if only a couple of degrees!
Really cold snowy slushy and hard going did some hill reps pulling my cousins little boy up the hill on the sledge - happed to pass them in a field as I was near to home. Funny!
And you had enough energy for that at the end of your run!
