Yup, had a routine work covid test booked just after 9. Got up at 7.30, no idea how it took me so long to get going when I only had a coffee for breakfast and didn't shower until after running.

True. Oh I did replace a light bulb before heading out, and most of the time there was finding one in the cupboard (there are a few that are dead in there needing to be dropped off for recycling, which is not easy just now). Good news is that I seem to have worn a groove in my nose - this is swab number 15 and the swab now just sails straight to the end of my sinus first time.

Crikey. That's a pretty grim achievement. Although I found the tonsil swab worse and am in no hurry to repeat. We have a similar lightbulb box in a hard-to-reach cupboard.
