EASY EFFORT RUN

Just didn't feel great this morning. Congested and a bit chesty.

Cold with snow on the ground. Snowed in the first couple of miles and struggled with vision. Just felt clunky for most of it with being cautious of slipping.

HR was a few BPM higher than usual for this effort.
