Not a high quality session. I should probably have done a jog on the treadmill tonight and deferred this till tomorrow morning, especially as it looks as if it may freeze again.
Lateral shoulder raises: 12/12/12 with 4kg dumbbells.
3 x (2x30) U&D holding 4kg dumbbells between sets.
Wide presses: 6/8/8@30kg.
3 x 70 basic crunches between sets.
Rows: 12/12/12@30kg.
3 x 15 goblet squats with 10kg dumbbell between sets.
Curls: 10/10/10@8kg. Right arm feeling noticeably Not Quite Right.
3 x (2x20) side bends with 12kg dumbbell between sets.
