Another day, another lockdown. However, I've been impressed with my motivation during these bitterly cold and lonesome days. This morning, I finally tidied up the spare bedroom. This is after an early awakening which found me in a dreary mood and for a sec I thought I might just undo all the recent good work and stay in bed. But I didn't. I've also rediscovered my reading mojo and power read through Disgrace by JM Coetzee, a reccomendation from the unofficial book thread on Fetch. My second completed book already this year and its looking like reading could define.
The run itself was pleasing, my left hip did not influence my gait but I nevertheless too it easy but really proud of my achievements as I finish week 7 of the couch to 5k with a 25 minute run in between 2 five minute walks. The pressups hurt but I'm kinda working my way through them.
