Couldn't run yesterday as it did not stop raining all day, and it was so cold too!
Today was cold but I ran early and managed to get round before the heavy showers started! Easterly wind today, also it was the start of the 3rd pandemic lockdown, so very few cars and most of the dogwalkers had disappeared from the beaches (the tide was out).
