w/u to Cardiac Hill to meet Margaret - 6 reps of Cardiac (1 min) with walk/jog recovery, M did 5 reps but felt ill & wanted to finish (her 1st run back for a few months), so walked to Eaton Park with her & she went home - then 6 x 1 min on - 1 min off flat efforts lone - w/d home.
