Curls: 10/8/9@9kg each side.
3 x 70 basic crunches between sets.
Wide presses: 8/8/8@30kg.
3 x (2x30) side bends with 10kg dumbbell between sets. I should put that weight up next time.
Deadlifts. DEADLIFTS. What I went out for!
10@40kg, 6@45kg, 6/6/6@50kg (a couple of the reps felt a bit scruffy), 4 good reps at 52kg. PEEBEE! Bodyweight!
Narrow presses: 8/8/8@29kg. Quite challenging when I make my grip as narrow as the knurling permits.
3 x 20 goblet squats with a 5kg kettlebell between sets.
