Flat, 4 min warm up, steady 9.5-10km/hr for 35 min, short cool down. My hands aren't cold any more.

Well worthwhile, if you have somewhere to put it. Especially when your menfolk are going out to work/college and there's a risk that you'll be stuck indoors for ten days in perfect health at some point.
Definitely agree with that! Hopefully Mr Ness is going to order one for here post quarantine. Just in case!
