Wow! that's a good long run for Day 2, with quick first & last miles.

Thanks Evangel. The first and last 1.1 miles were solo and the middle miles with friends. It was another icy trail run for much of it hence the slow speed, but I thought I'd test myself at the start and finish and see how my HR was. I was pleased to see it wasn't too high.
