Hello treadmill, my old friend ... like I'd never been away. The CD player still works with the occasional slip, the shoes weren't full of spiders.
Short easy session to get used to the surface again. Flat belt, max 10.5km/kh.

A good session.
A nice safe start, though it's not much like actual running.
Well ... at least you can still run.
Our garage full of indoor training kit has been worth a fortune in reassurance this year.
I can imagine. Our home gym in our conservatory has been invaluable. Just a shame that our treadmill packed in when it did. Mr Ness wants to get a new one to improve his cardio fitness. It’ll help me too.
