Eddie offered an extra turbo session today and practically snatched her hand off. Regretted it slightly mid afternoon when all I felt was sleepy but turned out this was just what my legs needed. Feeling good
I did think about blogging about the turbo tunes and doing the blog a day thing but really can;t see me keeping up with that and I don't want blogging to be a chore.
So here are the tunes, just for you, the select few who follow my training
Had to go with what Spotify called "Your Top Songs 2020" which appeared to be things I listened to on repeat. Not that exciting, TBH, so all you need to know is that 2020 was clearly the year I became obsessed by Taylor Swift and Hamilton
