Notes & Comments

Having taken 2 days off to let this weird knee injury ease up, I've got bored and gone for a run. This was nice.

The knee and whole of the left leg does not feel good at the moment. Was feeling easy though.

Went for some physio after this and got told to sort out my hamstrings and do more stretching.
