FTP test on zwift for today. 20 min easy warmup, some "ramp" efforts, 5 min easy, 5 min @ 200w, 10 min easy. Then finally onto 20 min fpt test where I averaged 220w. 10 min v chill cooldown. FTP was good, first real hard effort (even if on a bike) since the 10k tt I did like 7 or 8 weeks ago. Probably should've done it last week and then started workouts but was kinda just having fun exploring zwift. But having a workout did make the time go by faster which was cool, though next week will hopefully be doing running workouts so may only do one more zwift workout.
