B*gger. Done back again. Had been teaching Kh to ski! Benefits of having fields! But bent down to help him back and felt it twang. Didn't stop the skiing but when I started run, could feel it straight away. Limped on, but had to walk most of the up hill and down. Oh well should be better in a couple days. Always happens! :-) G
