Bulletproof programme. (I really need to get back into this properly!).
Warm up was 2 x standing hip flexor stretches & 2 x glute stretch.
Then:
Hip flexor march with band, 1 minute
Straight arm plank with leg raises, 1 minute
ITYW arm drill - 6 of each
Repeated as a circuit 3 times.
