Windy and cold.
To St. Ives but no shopping.
Last night this was the intended ride, but after a disturbed night's sleep I was tired when I woke up so I didn't fancy it. I didn't set off until 10am, thinking I'd go only as far as Swavesey before returning home. When I dot to Swavesey I felt alright so I carried on to St. Ives.
Except I didn't get there. Low Road was flooded which was not unexpected given its name, but in the past I've got by the flooding on the raised cycle path next to the road. This time even the cycle path was well under water so I had to retrace my route.

Yes, it was. I am hoping that it will have subsided by next Saturday when I probably will attempt some shopping. Today it didn't matter that I didn't get to St. Ives.
