Was hoping to go for 30 minutes, but sadly after the first couple minutes felt the 4th met pretty much every step, probably should've just stopped but went to 15min/2mi, don't seem to be any worse for it at least, foot seems to feel fine walking around after, but I'm guessing going back to actually training would make it worse. Sucks too bc pt is closed down again and so can only do zoom calls smh.
